Positives from the game:
*The bullpen looked good and Rhee with the 3 k’s in his outing.
*Clenger looks like he’s the leader to win the back-up catching job.

Negatives from the game:
*LaHair looked overwhelm against the lefty Scale and that’s can’t happen if he wants to play regular
*Travis Wood wasn’t bad, but was shaky.

The Cubs have made their first round of the cuts … pitcher Marco Carrilo, pitcher Trey McNutt, OF Jae-Hoon Ha and IF Jonathan Mota have been assign to minor league camp. The Cubs spring roster now stands at 59.

The Cubs play the Milwaukee Brewers (split squad) tomorrow at 2 p.m. central.
