Chicago Blackhawks recall Teuvo Teravainen from Rockford

Pittsburgh Penguins v Chicago Blackhawks

It’s officially Teuvo Time in Chicago.

The Blackhawks announced they have recalled their top prospect Teuvo Teravainen from the AHL’s Rockford Icehogs. Teravanien will replace Kris Versteeg who went down with an injury on Thursday and expected to miss a good amount of time.

Teravanien played three months in Rockford scoring 23 points on 6 goals in 33 games. Now the prospect is expected to get some valuable minutes in the NHL.
