What a start to the season Patrick Kane has had.
The 27-year-old notched another assist late in the third period giving him a streak of 22 straight games with at least one point, breaking the previous record of 21 held by legend Bobby Hull. Kane’s assist came on an empty net goal from Artemi Panarin with 46 seconds left in a 3-1 win over Winnipeg.

Hull was in attendance for the record-breaking moment and after the game Kane spoke on being mentioned in the same sentence with greatness. “Any time you can put your name with Bobby Hull, Denis Savard, or Eddie Olczyk, you’ve got to be doing something right,” Kane said via Mark Lazerus of the Chicago Sun Times.
Kane has a long way to go if he wants to break the all-time streak which is at 51 held by Wayne Gretzky.
