Default 7 Year-Old's Letter To Kyle Williams

Awwww: Read a 7-year-old

This kid knows that there's more to sports than just winning. Isn't it a shame that the older we all get, the more we lose sight of what really matters?

I think 49er fans have every right to be pissed at Williams. They pretty much lost the game because of him. If the 49ers got blown out, those fans might have just sat back and looked at the great season they had. But one guy screwed them out of going to the superbowl. For a lot of people, sports means a whole lot. For Kyle williams, it's a job. He's rich. He'll move on and live his life while those fans are always going to be stuck with "if he didn't fumble it and jumped on the ball after it hit his knee.. we could have made the superbowl and maybe would have won it."

the death threats were too much though

Yeah 1-13 on 3rd downs clearly had nothing to do with them losing either.

I don't know about "we" as you put it. Just some sports fans or just dumb people in general ruin that shit. But it's mostly the medias fault I would say. With technology today and how they make stories out of any damn thing someone does....

Saw this on espn, very heart felt letter. It puts things in perspective for sure.
