Does anyone do it here? I've had a few of them, not in a while though. Recently started trying to have them again, and downloaded some lucid induction beats to listen to tonight before I go to bed which I hear usually helps a ton to make you lucid during your dreams.

I do it sometimes, but usually I get excited to the point of waking up when I realize I'm dreaming and can manipulate the environment.

Wife does this. I have never been able to, but I hardly ever dream (or, for the technical people, never remember).

Hell yeah i love lucid dreaming. i do it all the time. Its easy to start it up. but its really hard to explain how.

edit: it also helps if you take a bunch of hallucinogens for a few years.

I've done this since I was a little kid...I could tell you my dreams every day. I didn't even know they had a term for it.

Yea, the first time I became lucid, I was sitting in my frontroom with some friends and all of a sudden I was going "Holy shit, I'm dreaming!" and then I got excited but not enough to lose the lucidity. Then another time, I was dreaming that my old middle school was having a party on the side of the school, and all of a sudden I'm there and just realized I was dreaming so then I started to fly, it was amazing.
