General rule of thumb is the team that gets the best player wins the trade...but Newton is GOING to put up points and is probably a top 7 or so MUST START @ the qb position.
that trade is super close tho...I'm w/ uman (who still hasn't added me on xbox live)...depends on your current QB situation.

I declined the offer..can't trust Newton to keep this up...plus all of the players except Lynch are on his bench....EVEN NEWTON...

I trade
Forteup and down but total yardage will get you plenty of points as you already know Miles Austin ....always a deep target for romo...TDs..Brandon Jacobs..meh he's not really a double digit back...but he'll get yards..injury prone for Cam Newton-i wonder how long he will sustain his production..i think he will dip but i also think that his overall ability will make him a consistently high points option Marshawn Lynch-good RB but certainly not a #1 or even a #2 RB Felix Jones has been a disappointment really..will hover around double digits..but isnt a solid 1st RB by any stretch..i hope he really shows he is in dallas but i dont see it..thats not his game Plaxico Burress-not great either...probably will have a great game or two the problem i see here is you get rid of two great players and point scorers in austin and RB and you really dont sufficiently replace them..you get cam...and he's an upgrade at QB(although i still wonder about longevity of his pace) lynch and jones arent terrible replacements for jacobs and forte...but those guys will kill you if you rely on them as starters not to mention you basically lose miles austin...burress is a #3 receiver right now,if that
