Truthfully I haven't seen as much of him as Floyd. But he did blow up in the bowl game this year. And plays alot taller than his suggested height. My best guess (if we get VJax or a WR similar), we'd flip flop Bennett & Wright during the game (between flanker and the slot). I like the kids upside...the guy in my sig is what worries me.

I think if we secure a big go get it WR in FA then I'd love Wright. Vincent Jackson and Kendall Wright would be a sick combo. I think he has big upside but if he's our #1 going into next year I'm not to happy. Who knows, could turn into a Steve Smith type weapon.

I agree with OB34. They need a veteran that can be the No. 1 from day 1. If they add this kid or someone like him, then that's great. They also need a damn TE.

They need a TE, but that need is overwhelmed by too many other positions

Wright would be a good WR to draft if we already had WR's with size. Wright would be a great fit next to guys like Fitzgerald, Boldin, marshall, etc. not next to Hester, knox and bennett.

but if we were to sign Vincent jackson or Dwayne Bowe for example, I wouldn't mind drafting Wright, if he was the best WR available.

Thread Revived: Apparently Wright may actually be getting Da Bear's attention as the Bear's main site posted a mock draft by Todd McShay with Wright taken at #1. Or, of course, it could just be the PR department trying to excite the fans that the team might be getting an alleged #1 prospect as usual. Just wanted to throw this out there.
