Although I'm optomistic of Tice, the problem with route running has been a WR issue since Marty Booker's v1. And more present since the hiring of Duh-ril. We'll need more of viable option at WR, if their route running is being questioned I'll pass. If they are more polished, they'd be able to come in and contribute quicker, and better in Tice's offensive scheme (if his days in Minny are any indication).

Which receivers would you like the Bears to target? FA and draft both.

I'm a Floyd bandwagoner...DUI and all. Size, good route runner, good speed, can go up and get it. IMO...he'll be the next Larry Fitz (if he can stay out of trouble).

For UFA...I'd like to grab either VJax or Bowe...I'd stay clear of Colston...he had a great rook year...but he can't stay healthy. Kinda hard to be A #1 wr if you're always on the sidelines or constantly coming out cause you're nicked up.

We're going to be running alot of 2-2-1 sets. Which means as a WR...you're going to have be more than a 1 trick pony.

What do you think of Wright? I love Floyd and personally I want the Bears to get him, I just have a bad feeling he'll be gone before our pick. I would be in heaven if the Bears got Bowe but I truly think he'll get slapped with the franchise tag, so I hope they pursue Jackson instead.

I'd be okay with Wright IF we picked up a FA WR of VJax or Bow caliber. Did Plax get extended? He might be an okay option too...considering our emphasis on ball control.

Wright would have to play a more versatile role given his size. Wouldn't be opposed to him lining up in the backfield on occasion. Although it's never too late to put Hester in the spot where he should've been all along...never could understand why they didn't have him play gimmick RB.

Yeah I'm with you on that one, only okay with getting Wright if we sign Bowe or Jackson. I haven't seen anything about Plax.. and I'd rather go and get a #1 like Jackson/Bowe anyways. I really hope we can snag either of those.. it'll make me very optimistic about next year.

Given the new GM...I'm hoping we'll see the end of trying to fit a square peg into a round hole from a player personel standpoint. We've seen too much of that since the year we went to the SB.
