I'm sorry everyone....What exactly is wrong with having a football game on Thursday every week? I'd fucking love it if we had 1 game Friday, Saturday, and Monday with the rest falling on Sunday obviously.

Yaaaaaa...having an extra day a week to watch a football game is a HORRIBLE thing. Seriously, fuck off to anyone who dislikes this idea.

*fantasy football is not a reason to not want football on Thursday if anyone wants to play that card*

Curious if this will have any affect in the casual can playing fantasy. I've noticed in our league, part hardcore players and part casual, once the Thursday night games start people don't check their lineups for the Thursday game. Instead of looking at lineups once a week on Sunday morning, people now have to look a couple times each week. Not that it's a larger commitment, but it's something I've noticed in our league.

Yeah I hear where you're coming from. I'm the commish of our league and it's a pain in the ass chasing down the "dead money" members to remind them to check their rosters and make the appropriate changes. we have made a rule that fines them if we have to make changes for them without proper notice from them. Extra $ ffor the post season awards party though.
