Deng leaning towards playing tomorrow vs. Knicks!
K.C. Johnson just reported on Chicago Tribune Live that Deng went through full contact practice and all signs point to him playing tomorrow in New York. He also mentioned Rip Hamilton is OUT until his groin has fully healed so that it isn't a problem going into the future.

The doctors told him that he can't hurt the wrist anymore by playing this year, so he should be good to go as long as he's not hurting. I'll be intrigued to see how his shot may be affected by the injury, if at all. Also will be watching to see how aggressive he'll be. Hopefully he can stay on the floor and be a productive offensive player and hold off on the surgery until the off-season.

 He wants to play so bad.I expect him to be as aggressive as he can tomorrow.He is the only guy that can do it.His will is so strong.

I think Deng has been invaded by a body snatcher.
A few years ago if he broke a nail he would ask doctors for a 2nd opinion and then sit out for 2 years just to be on the safe side. Now, if he had his arm sliced off, he would just shove a rake in the bloody stump and ask to get back in the game. |
