quade has a ton of minor league experience as well Mike Quade - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It's not Rickett's decision. It's Jim Hendry's. Rickett's said that he is going to leave the decision up to Hendry.

well within reason yes. he cannot just go out and sign whoever he wants for whatever price tag. and his comment about that is basically his way of saying that hendry is staying without coming out and saying it.
