Fuck the whole "Wrigley Field Experience," the place is a dump. It has never housed a World Series Winning team in its 96 years of existence. The place is just an old dilapidated shit hole that reminds us how long the Cubs have sucked. Also man free agents won't play for the cubs because their facilities are so dated.

It housed the Federal League champion in 1915, the Whales. They challenged the AL and NL champions but they refused to play them.

Like I said it is a stadium that reminds us that Cubs have been failures for the last 100 years...

What is so special about sitting in an out of date park that has awful facilities that has no winning history behind it? There have been more pro Football and Soccer titles won by teams that played there in its entire history. Pretty pathetic for a "Baseball Stadium."

Guess let me pose this question. Would you rather keep Wrigley Field or win a World Series?

Any Cub fan I ask that to in person..has always said Wrigley Field. My response is always...and thats why your team hasnt won in over 100 years, you care more about a structure than winning a title.

It's possibly to win in Wrigley. The Stadium isn't cursed, and with renovations, it'll be fine.

The Cubs just never have really had a team that has Power (for when the wind's blowing out) and Speed/Contact (for when the wind's blowing in).

Curses do not exist... the revenue a new stadium would bring would make the team more competitive, don't know how much that would help considering you guys have the highest payroll in the NL and well you know... your team is horrible.

Also a new stadium would keep certain free agents from not signing with the Cubs because of poor facilities.

Unless it was possible to get rid of the giant noodle outside Wrigley, I'd keep it the way it is. At first I hated the Toyota sign, but, for lack of a better phrase, it's grown on me. As far as renovations are concerned, moving the bullpens wouldn't hurt, although I have no idea where they'd go. In all honesty, I'd be more okay with Wrigley putting ads up as long as the ivy and scoreboard aren't touched. Those are the characteristics that make Wrigley, Wrigley.

If you're going to be a jackass. GTFO and go back to the Sox forum.
