What would you do with Alfonso Soriano?

Keeping in mind this is now a $54MM problem which is three times more than Zambrano's remaining salary, what would you do if you were the Cubs?

keep him at LF unless a really appealing trade comes(alfonso produces a bit in april and may..which makes him look more appealing than he actually is sometimes) or something else happens
i dont really understand benching him...possibly because of his defense? i think at some point he will be traded or the cubs will decide to get rid of him..that contract is a burden and alfonso will continue to decline

The bench thing is basically because of his defense. Soriano at this point is a DH-type.

try to trade if not start in LF
I dont hate the guy like I do Z who I never wanted to see in a uni again. I don't blame him for signing the contact he did at least he is a professional unlike Z.

Keep Soriano, he's a great clubhouse guy. But I think he can be platooned with Reed Johnson or Brett Jackson or whoever else they have. Reed just tears apart left-handed pitching.

Keep him and play him until some team is willing to to trade for him and 50% of his contract.

I don't know why the Orioles would want Soriano if they didn't bother re-signing Vlad Guerrero, but whatever...
