The big left-hander will now receive $25 million in 2016 and either a $25 million vesting option or a $5 million buyout in 2017.

He is guaranteed $122 million over the next five seasons and could max out at $142 million over six years if he avoids an injury to his shoulder. A hefty price to pay, but now the Yankees can forge ahead with other offseason priorities.

Sid Fernandez was the original CC. When Sid lost the weight, he started to stink, so he put it back on. As long as they produce, who cares how big they are?

You can feel for Forte all you want but the truth is look at Chris Johnson! That's why the Bears need to be smart. RBs are a dime a dozen. And theyre window for productivity is 30 years old then they go down hill. I have no issue with what the bears are doing. My chiefs gave a fat contract to larry johnson and he turned into a bum.

yes he did, but Forte....., for what I can tell doesnt have the off the field issues LJ had. He fucked it up for everybody, lol. I dont follow the Titans enough to comment on what CJ2K is doin....

I have an issue with what the Bears are doin,....dont pay anybody on the Offensive side on the ball except the QB and a converted WR and expect to contend year after year.
