Microshit and their shady XBOX rewards program/Promotionss

Fucking garbage. That is all I can say. Lost 200 points, didnt buy a damn thing and wondered why.

So I contacted MS support thinking this was just a glitch. Nope. The rewards program and unwritten bullshit with their promotions. No where on the rewards website does it say that the points you get have a certain so called "time limit"on them. NO WHERE

This was the promotion that gave me the 200 points...

Now does that say anything about I have this much time to use the points. FUCK NO IT DONT.

Not even under the terms of service/use. Microshit don't even run their own rewards program. Cock Suckers

You would think that if you get points you can keep them. So if you are a member of the rewards program use your points. i didnt and I lost them because of unwritten Bullshit and apparently a fucking "time limit". Now I have to try and contact eprize LLC who runs the program to see what I can do about it.


here is the convo I had with the supportfrom microsoft. She said she has never seen/heard of this "expiring points".

Brandi: Hi Tadd, you had 200 points removed from your account?

Tadd: yes. Dont know how. Never purchased anything

Tadd: Earlier I had 615 now It says I have 415.

Brandi: Can I have you log into billing.microsoft.com, and check you point purchases there?

Tadd: For some reason I cant connect to the website. But I checked through xbox.com purchase history and nothing is their.

Tadd: I got no email confirming a purchase or anything. Just lost 200points

Brandi: Not a problem. I can check on my end. Are you currently signed into your gamertag on the computer so that I can access your account?

Tadd: Yes I am on xbox.com

Brandi: Let me pull up my information on this. During the chat, I will be researching a little, as well as looking through the notes (if any) on your account, so my responses may be slightly delayed, but I am still here!

Tadd: Noproblem

Brandi: Tadd, are you signed up for Microsoft Rewards?

Tadd: Yes.

Tadd: Have been since it started

Brandi: The points that were deducted from your account were expired promo points.

Tadd: There was a time limit on the points?

Tadd: That's terrible

Tadd: Nowhere did it say I had a certain amount of time to use the points?....

Brandi: This is the first time I have ever seen that myself.

Brandi: If you would not mind bearing with me for a moment or two longer, I would like to investigate this a little more.

Tadd: no problem

Brandi: Thank you very much.

Brandi: Tadd, unfortunately there is a expiration period. It is one year. I could not believe that myself and sure enough on the rewards.xbox.com website, it does say it.

Tadd: Im on the rewards site and it says no such thing unless it's in the "terms of use". The site it self says nothing

Tadd: I'm guessing this is the "promotion"....

Brandi: That is the earliest that I can see too. Then if you look under the FAQ's under redeeming points, you are supposed to have until 06/302012, I think.

Tadd: there is no way I can get these points back?

Brandi: Well to be honest, Xbox Live Rewards are not governed by us, but by eprize, llc. To get to the bottom of this, I am going ask that you contact them. The only way is through tweet, though.
