Eric Follman tied things up at 1 in the first, but it wouldn't be enough, as the Wolfpack would eventually win the game 3-1.

(Scene Takes Place In Alley, In Downtown Chicago)

*After hearing the news that teammate Michael Croom slept with his fiance and team owner Victoria Hill, Ron Marini has come to a decision to hire a hitman to take care of Michael Croom, since Croom, 6"5 275 LBS cannot be stopped by Ron himself. Ron meets up with the potential hitman in the alley, and discusses the details.*

Ron Marini: *nervous* Hey, so uhhhh...do I just give you the $2,000 now or after?? ... or what?

Hitman: *calm* You just give me the money now, and I'll do the job for you as soon as possible. Just let me know where this guys at, and I'll make it look like an accident.

*Ron hands over the cash, and explains to the hitman that Michael Croom is at the bar currently, and will be leaving on his motorcycle as soon as the bar closes. The hitman decides that he will attempt to wreck Croom as he's leaving, making it all look like a terrible accident. Ron, nervous about what is going to happen hesitates for a moment, but his anger comes back to him, and he writes the address on a piece of paper. The hitman leaves into the night, never giving up his name to Ron. Ron stands there by himself, wondering what he has just done.*

(Scene Takes Place In Local Downtown Bar, where Michael Croom is getting ready to leave)

*It's getting late in downtown Chicago, and the bars are all closing, which means one thing. Michael Croom will be getting on his motorcycle and heading to the team hotel. Tonight, things will be different however, as Ron Marini hired a hitman to take care of Michael Croom, after hearing about Croom and Victoria Hill's affair.*

Michael Croom: Alright fellas, it's 2 AM. It's been fun, but I gotta head outta here. Thanks for the talk. I needed that after this whole situation with that dumb bitch Victoria.

bartender: Ahh no problem Croomie. You're always welcome in here my man. Just be safe on your ride home.

*Michael Croom gets up off his barstool, and gets out his motorcycle keys. He walks outside into the crisp fall Chicago night. He sits onto the bike, and starts up the engine. Things are going just like any other night. Croom than takes off, and merges onto the lonely highway, headed for the team hotel, where the rest of the team is residing currently. Croom notices a black Honda Civic following riding him very close. Croom speeds up. The car than follows Crooms move, and speeds up riding him even more closely than before. It's only Crooms motorcycle and the Honda Civic in sight, as Croom is starting to get angry at the way the Civic is pursuing him.*

Michael Croom: *getting angry* What the fuck???

*The black car is to a point where Croom is getting more nervous and frightened than angry. The car makes a swift move to the left, speeds up, and makes another quick move back to the right, taking out Michael Croom's bike in a flash. Croom and his bike go tumbling onto the highway pavement at speeds over 70 MPH. The black car continues to drive as if nothing happened into the dark Chicago night. Croom is left there to die, with only hopes of another driver's help to save him.*

[size=large]Defensivemen Michael Croom Severely Injured In Motorcycle Accident [/size]


It's being reported that Inferno defensivemen Michael Croom has been severely injured in a vicious car accident

Chicago, IL- Sad news is being reported tonight, as we've gotten multiple reports of fan favorite Chicago Inferno defensivemen Michael Croom being severely injured in a motorcycle accident on highway 20, only just four hours ago. Croom is reported as being in critical condition, and is hanging on for life at the JF Kennedy Hospital. The case is being reported as "a hit and run accident".

All of Michael Croom's teammates except for one (Ron Marini) immediately went to the hospital, and are going to "be here for awhile", according to coach Jordan Charles Sr.

The Inferno have also announced that their team will be "put on hold" for all the rucus going on in the locker room, and on the streets. Team Owner Victoria Hill is to blame for this incident, but with the Croom news, we understand why the team will hold off for a few weeks off the ice.

The team will pick up play after this incident is taken care of, and will most likely bring a few big changes to the team. We will report more on this news as it comes in.

(Scene Takes Place In Hospital, Where Team Is Gathered In Lobby Room By Coach)

*It's been a week since the Michael Croom accident.*

Coach: Alright guys, now it's been a week since the accident, and I know we're all still shaken up on how this happened to such a great guy. But things will work themselves out. We have to get back to the hockey side of things. Chicago is depending on us. Now I got a phone call about ten minutes ago from Victoria Hill, and man did she shake things up. Ron Marini, Brandon Ferguson, and Dustin Thompson, I'm going to have to see you guys in my office when we get back. *The guys all know what that means before coach even says it* .... Unfortunately, she's letting you guys go.

Ron Marini: *outraged* What?!? That dumb bitch! First she cheats on me with that scum than she cuts me!!!!

Chad Fellers: *standing up quickly* Who you callin' scum? *Eric stands up having Chads back*

*The team is clearly falling apart as of now, as Chad Fellers and Eric badmouth Ron Marini back and forth, while coach Charles Sr. watches on. The team definantly needs something big. A big change. And thats just what they'll get.*

Chicago, IL- After a week of tremendous stress for Inferno fans and players, the team has now shaken things up a ton, as owner Victoria Hill has announced she will bring back former Inferno and winner of "best teammate" award, Kerin Mitchell. Kerin Mitchell comes in after nearly dissapeering from the face of the earth for four seasons. Mitchell was a big part of the Inferno's first inagural season, but was forced to face financial troubles after season one.



He would later fall into a state of depression, but is now hopefully ready to face the ice again with a few of his older teammates. Mitchell and Croom had a bond, which makes this move all the more emotional for him, as he has come back to find out that D-man Michael Corom has been in the hospital, and is still in bad condition.

"I just really want to wish his family my best," said Mitchell about the situation. Mitchell is expected to play right wing for the Inferno.

OTHER MOVES: Signing Mitchell was not the only move Hill made today. She also released players: Brandon Ferguson, Dustin Thompson, and Ron Marini. Odd as it is, Ron Marini is Hill's fiance', or possibly fiance no more, as it is widely known througout the league that Croom and Hill have had relations.
