2021 he becomes a F/A. So 1 plus control.

It is not going to go as high as you would think here.

Perfectly honest here. He is worth 1 of the minors RH arms and a bat like Happ. That is where the depth lies in the system right now.

Tyson Miller IMO might be the hot topic this year.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Michigan Wolverines
  2. Purdue Boilermakers
What's going on with Morrow? Having a hard time keeping up with anything other than scores because of work.

Same here.

I would target either him or Yates.

On Yates. I would think a greater trade.

SD really lacks a left handed hitter. But say they flip Heyward for Meyers. Then add in Yates. Cubs counter with either Chatwood or Montgomery as SD will need fresh arms with their young staff going into innings limits.

Now at that point the Cubs could off set cash if it is Chatwood. But if you really look at the deal Meyers has a track record of injury. Heyward healthy. Heyward would add value in that larger park and SD gains control. Meyers is a HR threat in Wrigg. Enough said. Those 2 balance payroll but Meyers is off the books in 2 years vs 5 for Jason.
