Throughout the last few weeks I've created some controversial threads that garnered lots of great support and people agreeing with me as well as some disagreeing.

Either way, I'm incredibly influential on this forum and as many have said before, I am a voice of reason that is rarely heard here.

This week the 5-3* Chicago Bears host the 3-5 Detroit Lions in the Bears 2nd divisional game of the year.

Do the Bears have what it takes to beat a floundering divisional opponent at home?

No.

Bears lose 36-8. What are your predictions? Do they fall in line with mine (Which have proven to be true more often than not?)

They should beat the Lions. 27-20 is my pick.

Ok. I’ll play.

I take your result, and flip it. Ending the streak of losses to Detroit, although still only defeating a team with a losing record.

Still, some credibility starts to occur beyond the homers, and fewer doom and gloom new posts appear each new week.

The return of Mack, and Robinson make the O and D worth O.D.ing for and they shit shut down the rock city with a hip hop beat-down!

Cheers.

38-10 bears. I truly think we are going to beat down the injured lions.

We'll beat the Lions because their rushing defense is 30th in the league. We can just do our usual thing on offense & won't be challenged to change anything.

Only Stafford having a monster day will change that. And I think our defense can stop that.

28-24 Bears.

Ignore list this mongo.

He's trying so hard to troll, and it's not even remotely funny. This guy is like a no-effort Shoopster.

I don’t think the op is controversial, more of a troll. The Bears aren’t losing by that much with the Lions injury issues. After trading their best,WR and the year they are having.

Bears 31-Lions 24.

Didn't the OP do this last week too? He predicted a Bills blowout but when the Bears bitch slapped them he claimed that he knew it would happen all along--he was just using some weird reverse psychology or something.

Seattle is 4-4. If we didn't beat them, they would be 5-3. So you are holding it against the Bears for beating them, saying they didn't beat a team with a winning record.
