However, we all know the Cubs will NEVER rebuild, it just isn't possible for the Cubs to do a FULL Rebuild, maybe a partial one though.

The North Siders are only as good as they make themselves to be. All they're wanting is prospects because they know Wrigley Field will sell regardless. They could care less about bringing a championship. As long as the seats fill, money comes in.
