HUGE stop by Craw. Ever since the start of the 2nd period, the 'Hawks have looked like the faster, more aggressive team.

Yeah, it made the fucking Flames look like the Gretzky Oilers when the Hawks played em.

Great game by Crawford. He is playing big and patient. Cutting down the angles and playing the percentages. Great to see him get a shutout.

Thought there were a few Blackhawks who really had quality games. Keith was patient on the blueline. Saad continues to be shifty and is looking better each game. Shaw had a good game. Stalberg really used his speed tonight. Rozsival looked real good as the #6 guy. The other usual guys played well with Kane/Sharp both picking it up a notch from their previous play.

Thought Oduya was pretty bad tonight, a lot of unforced turnovers. Bolland, Kruger and Hossa (for his standards) were meh. A small rumor going around that Hossa may be injured, he hasn't been as noticeable lately but hopefully he is fine and gets it going again soon.

Should be interesting to see how this team plays at home. On the road, teams seem to simplify things and that is definitely working for the Blackhawks. Hopefully they take that same frame of mind into the UC for the upcoming homestand.

The HAWKS are playing like they want to make CHI fans, and the rest, forget about the strike!

team is playing too good right now. Tough test coming up against the Ducks at home though. Ducks are prob one of the best teams in the NHL this early season.
