It does not matter at all if he wants to come back. It all depends on if pace is willing to accept his mistake and bring him back and I have seen no signs of this.

Read up on the news! Robbie said he wants traded to be closer to home. untill traded he is sitting out in SF.. pretty sure SF rather get a new kicker now maybe... 6th round.. instead of game 1 of the season..

You guys need to google all the baggage Robbie Gould had as the team player representative.
Not many remember his statement, that the fans don't come out to see Virginia McCaskey.
He was the authority in the locker room, something Pace chose for himself.
Yes, I completely agree, they never should have shit canned Robbie, it was the very first mistake Ryan Pace made. Subsequent mistakes have been overpaying bad talent to replace him.
There was alot more in moving away from Robbie Gould than moving our career point leader. He probably wont be the player rep, but would probably be a captain. How about concentrating on scoring so games do not count on a kicker.
