how was McNown overrated? based on his draft status? shit there was a movement to trade him in his 2nd year! just keep McNown and replace the rest with Enis, Salaam, and Terrell. now it's the ultimate 1st round bust collection.

Payton was a great player, but the Bears didn't accomplish a whole lot during his career. If people are bashing Peyton Manning's postseason accomplishments, then I'm not sure what to make of Payton's. They won in 85 because of the defense.
Luckman's career was the high watermark for the franchise.
