Vikings were exposed this season for what they are - a fringe wildcard team. They aren't really special anywhere on the field, just average to slightly above average everywhere. As a result they are able to beat easier opponents consistently, but can't find a way to beat the good ones.

Not defending Zimmer but any defense will start to look bad when the offense goes 3 and out in its first four possessions. The Vikings had 2 yards of offense total until almost halfway through the second quarter.

I don't care who you are, you will start to tire out. I mean we held the ball over 14 minutes longer than the Vikings did. That is rough, especially at home.
