I think Kosuke's numbers after April, do plummet. His numbers are horrible.

That is not true. In April/March, he over a 1.000 OPS. In May, a .778, which is still better than league average. June, his 2nd worst month, he OPS's .614. July, he OPS's .783. In August, he has a .721 OPS, which is very weighted by his 2008 which he OPS'd under 600, whereas last year, he OPS'd over .900. In Sept./October, he OPS's an abysmal .611.

His numbers drop off, but they don't plummet. He is still a very useful player.

Carl Crawford and the Rays beg to differ.

I'm not saying that you should never steal. Carl Crawford is a good basestealer. Hell, he's already worth a win with his legs. But, it's not something that every player should do. Most players are shitty base stealers. You should only steal in the right scenario.
