Not down playing what Zach went through in any way..... but he's got a pretty good gig going on this year. Work out, hang with the team, and get paid an NFL salary. Not bad...

My guess is he will transition to a director of player development when he finally decides to retire. He can be around the team and cash a nice check for the next 20 years.
