Absolutely Nothing on it ... Grilled and slightly under Medium so that a little red juice comes on out for that Incredible Flavor with grilled texturing. One Baked potato with a tonna butter and a sidekick of sliced sour dough to soak up the juices

Preference is medium rare but can do rare - nothing over medium rare though. Salt & Pepper is a must. I always like putting some more pepper on when its on the grill - some goes into the fire and it smells really good.

Medium rare. Usually like it topped with butter. Some restaurants locally have good zip sauce but really don’t need the extra flavor

Use The Spice House's Chicago steak seasoning, medium rare but closer to rare if sharing one with my wife.
