yeah, they probably should be able to, considering they get pulled around 75 pitches.

Going back to Sept 1st last season
Kris Bryant
32 for 140 .228 3 HR 14 RBI

He a long way away from an MVP caliber player..

They really need him to figure it out and get going

Feel bad for the fans at this game..
Freezing their asses off watching crap

Cubs should hope Darvish will want to quit and retire after this season, I dont see the light at the end of the tunnel with him

Has Heyward found his swing?
It isn’t really different mechanically. What he is doing is loading slower and earlier. It’s what I’ve wanted to see out of him since he became a Cub. Not the only thing, but this is really important, IMHO. I would guess he feels great about how the barrel feels going through the zone.

This could be a really rough homestand, if they lose these last 2 to the Pirates then face the Angels over the weekend...

Clever how you went all the way back to last year to include four weeks when he was injured just to make him look extra bad!

Darvish needs to be cut, send headcase Bryant to Iowa where he belongs, bring up two guys from AAA to replace both of them and the roster instantly improves.

Rizzo and Baez worked the count, but swung need to lay off those high ones.
