wow, no love for Schwarbers "dinger" on espn during the cubs time, just rizzo rizzo rizzo. Why is Contrares the one getting hit? Did he make some kind of man up comment?

Another bold predict? What are you 0-3 now?

Nope, he is batting a 1.000 if you go by only the post he says he was correct about. I’m just joking but truth

So calling Alozay up early or Underwood starting on Montgomery’s start didn’t happen. I know there is another out there but....

But hey I thought Happ would have ran with CF after his strong spring.... prediction is a silly thing.

CJ to the DL with discomfort, and to our amazement, Hancock is not recalled, they are bringing Mazzoni back.

You mean posting what I read from cubs writers ?
Those aren't predictions, those are passing along info..

I never said Happ should start everyday in CF..

I did say if he continued into the season what he was doing in ST that he should get more starts in RF...
That when I was told his arm wasnt strong enough for RF..

So get your jokes and facts right before making false comments

2 reasons why it Mazzoni

1. When someone sent down they need to stay down 10 days before being recalled

2. Mazzoni is their setup/closer type in AAA and has been lights out there..
He replacing Edwards who is the cubs 8th inning guy..

So he filling in for the same role

Source would be nice on that one vs a vague comment.

Was looking for the Alozay comment but I’m sinking in a tsunami of Almora love and we need to trade Russell to bring the boy band back together.

I’ll get there though. May take awhile to swim around the whirlpool of idiocy

There is a ton of shit tossed against that wall hoping something, anything will stick.

I imagine they hit Willson with a pitch last night on the concept of full reciprocity -- we "tried to injure" their catcher, so they're "trying to injure" our catcher.

All they accomplished was to have a warning issued to both benches. Which, it would not surprise me, might also apply to tonight's game.

I prefer that the Pirates hit Heyward. In fact, they can hit him a couple of times for me

Lol

You just posted what I said..

I read that Underwood might make that start..

Which was the early word

LMAO

You can look for the Alzolay comment all you want..
You can look at old tweets too that they were all thinking Alzolay might get the start..

I mean seriously do you not follow anything to see what the latest cubs news info is?

Maddon said Wilson and Strop will fill the void.

Edwards lead the pen in ER's given up at 8. (Montgomery has more but he is in the rotation)

Strop has kinda been the forgotten child this year. And honest that is a sign of quality because pen arms are noticed when they suck. 4 ER in 22 IP 1.01 WHIP

Wilson I'm leery of with his 17 BB in 21 IP. That stuff is broken and I'm not really a fan of his. I feel better with Rosario but Joe is not going to toss him under the bus this early in his career. Duesing really has not separated himself like last year. Wilson WHIP: 1.43 Duesing: 1.29 BAA: Wilson .181 Duesing: .190 add into it 11 BB and 12 SO in 17 IP.

Shoot I really hope that Smyly comes back healthy because the state of the LH side of the pen is wack.

Nice overview on the stadium on that HR....if I didn't know better I would have thought it was Guaranteed Rate. Big fan following in steeltown these days....

1.02 WHIP though. Thing is with Kyle is he is not blowing guys away and if he makes a mistake that happens. Shocking bit is here is a guy that never breaks 90 MPH in a world where 94 MPH or higher is the norm. And he posts a WHIP around a 1.

I got nothing but respect and a few mistake HR's are a small thing when you look at Kyle.
