Liriano's been very efficient through almost 6. Just one major mistake.

yeah, very conservative tonight. not wild and not K'n the shit out of them. I like this balance more as he can go deeper into games.

It's nice to see even if it's against a terrible Toronto team. He should be dominating these guys and they're helping him out by keeping the pitch count low.

Playing matchups, or are they trying to keep Liriano on a lighter work load?

just so sad. i rarely get shaken up but this was a reality check that life is so fragile. sure we hear about things in the news but to see someone possibly die on the field really hurts.

Dews tweeted a story that revealed this is the 2nd time a fan needed CPR in TO (June 29). Ridiculous in this day and age there isn't mandatory AEDs in these stadiums.

Liriano has looked really solid in 3 of his 4 starts. Hope Kenny keeps him beyond this season.

Sad. Wonder if he had family with him at the game like many often do.

That's extremely disrespectful. I wouldn't want to watch that. Give the man his privacy.

The chicago viewers had to endure 4 mins of chest pumping as WCIU did not cut away from the fan. I found it uncomfortable and disrespectful to the man.

They did??

MLB.TV went to commercial.

:(

yep. made it very uncomfortable for hawk and wimpy. They did the best they could being put in a situation like that. the entire focus was the camera on the EMTs pumping the guys chest and than pumping while walking out to the outfield. I think most of us knew what the outcome would be with such a long time being spent pumping on tv...4 mins plus the time they were pumping before play was stopped.
