I wouldn’t be surprised if Rodgers put up an MVP season. All he needs is a competent modern offensive scheme. Mike McCarthy kept that offense in the dark ages. The only reason it functioned at all was because of Rodgers other worldly ability.

Imagine if Rodgers had a guy running the offense who could actually scheme a player open from time to time instead of just relying on him to make something happen out of nothing. That would be pretty scary.

I’ll be interested to see how this works out. Rodgers made a living on viewing the defense from the snap of the ball and extending plays.

He is going to have to trust his linemen more.
