He played well enough to lose. How is performing below your season average level of production at home in a must win game acceptable? Your franchise QB needs to have one of if not the best game of the season in a must win game at home. Cutler should have left no rom for error in this game. He should have put the team on his back and willed his team to victory and left absolutely no doubt for the full 60 minutes. If the worst defense in the history of your franchise keeps the game close in the first half you should be playing with a lead instead of down 13-7 at home.

I'll never understand why Bears fans accept such a high level of outright mediocrity.

Easy guy. He lead them to 3 straight TD's on 3 possessions in the 3rd. First year in a new offense, with a play caller who hasn't called an NFL game in almost a decade. The season was a good start. Much better than mediocre in almost every offensive stat.

No, damn Trestman for three play calls in three games that lost games. Three games Trestman lost with his dumb ass decisions in 2013,and somehow this is acceptable, never mind the Tucker hire/retaining of.

Trestman doesn't get credit for the offense with the talent on board. There are 31 offensive coordinators in the NFL that could have made the Bears a top-5 offense the other guy is Mike Tice. Trestman gets no credit for guys playing up to their capabilities.

Ask the skins, eagles, raiders, cowboys if talent buys you a superbowl. This isn't the fuckin NBA, it's all about scheming and coaching.

Oh I disagree, talent plays a much bigger role than coaching. That's why the same coaches don't win year after year.

Agree to disagree. Extremely talented players get lost in the NFL every year without proper coaching and tutelage. Take a look at what Jim Harbaugh has done with the 9ers. They were very talented with Singletary as well. Also, Pete Carroll's game planning is brilliant with all those late round players overperforming.

Like your Packers getting blasted the past few years in the playoffs and a waste of a spot? Or is it Boykin being as good as it gets as a 3rd WR according to you? Wait....Cobb being a superstar averaging under 600 receiving yards a year. Lol can anything you say not be destroyed by a shread of stats or not be laughed at all the time? It may be time to move on to GB boards if they will accept you back that is. You really like the abuse huh?

Take the dumbass homer title and run with it down to the basement because nobody can catch you now.

Boykins numbers are very comparable James Jones 1st season with extended playing time, Cobb was on pace for a career high, and had just under 1000 yards on a loaded offense.

What about your assertion that the Bears have a better o line then the Packers, or that Brady is statistically superior to Rodgers?

Lol I'll take being a "Waste of a spot" then what the bears have been doing during the playoffs the last few years, that for sure! Wasn't your last postseason game the one where the Packers went into Chicago and came out with the Halas trophy?

All about coaching and scheming? Then why have so many great coaches failed without a QB?

Yes, one of those TD drives went all of 30 yards and all 30 of those yards came from Forte.

Agree to disagree is correct. Why don't the same coaches win every year? Because their players decide the outcome of the games, not the coaches.

Why have so many great college/NFL QB's failed without a coach? Ask aaronitout about Matt Flynns career without McCarthy. How did Randy Moss look with the Raiders? What happened to McNabb when he left the Eagles? Josh McCown's career resurrection with Trestman even. Not many players are superb enough to coach themselves and be scheme diverse.

If anybody has a grip about how the media treats him, it's Romo IMO. His defense might just be worse this year too, lol.

The media built Romo up when he became the Cowboys starting quarterback and they have been tearing him down ever since.

Lol coming from the winner of the illustrious worst poster award, this means alot.

Lol beatings? Have you ever said anything that couldn't be disproved with statistical evidence?

L Guapo winning "worst poster" vote is like Derek Jeter winning the vote to start at shortstop for the 2014 MLB all star game. Undeserving. Not too many people participated in the "awards" voting either so it was close.

Dominate? Not true at all IMO, I'd say the D was playing well and the offense was sputtering and wasted a huge opportunity to get up on the Pack in the first half.

Considering the last 25 years, that is dominating ... lol

Wow you're really grasping at straws here.

And you're really running away from an argument. You say he needed to put the team on his back, after the half he did.
Leading them to 3 straight TD's and was 9-11 in the second half not counting those two hail marys and marshalls drop at the end. Doesn't matter if Forte ran the ball also, Cutler still led the offense.

Running away from what argument? You have to play well for 60 minutes and Cutler and the offense should have put the game away early. You know the defense wasn't going to keep up it's end of the bargain so, it's up to the offense to make plays early to change the tone of the game. If you start the game on Green Bay's 42 yard line and come away with zero points that inexcusable. When you throw a pass to Jeffery when he's in press man on third and three and the CB has your WR out leveraged and breaks up the pass that's lazy. He forced it because he thought his arm strength would win the day.

And for you to give Cutler credit on the 30 yard drive for Trestman's play calls and Forte's runs is hilarious.
