Do u bake your burger patties? Do u put bread and egg into your ground beef to make your patties? Onion and peppers in all that, all diced up?

I've never had a meatloaf sandwich, I've never heard or one or even seen one on a menu at a dining establishment. I think it's made up

Fry up a 1" slice of left over meat loaf for a crunch, sourdough bread, sriracha on one slice, BBQ sauce on the other, big slice of sharp cheddar, into the panini press for about 4 minutes, then destroy the roof of my mouth with goodness.

My go-to sandwich is halve a loaf of rye bread, split in half with an omelet in between.

My go-to sandwich is halve a loaf of rye bread, split in half with an omelet in between.

I wrapped on omelette in a soft tortilla the other day.
It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Too chewy.

The tenderloin is a bomb, kinda fucked up, but awesome sandwich.

I just wish they didn't insist on using such shit fries with it.

The tenderloin sandwich is very underrated, but not in my top 5. It can really be hit or miss and kinda boring which is sometimes okay. I hate when I order a tenderloin and its a fritter and not a real loin.

a freaking chicken fried pork, and nice fat serving of italian brisket going to waste posing as sandwiches. To think, people actually say hotdogs arent sandwiches.

that tenderloin would be better covered in some sort of gravy/sauce. the bread is there drying out a possible already dry overcooked piece of meat. if that meal is good for anything, its good for kicking spartan out of fatosis and lining the establishments pockets with wads of drink money needed to wash it down with

i totally get that italian brisket needing bread to soak up all the left over juice. Howev, the bread should just come on the side like any traditional bbq brisket meal is plated.

And I hate everyone of you for mentioning these specific great sandwiches where I live in a town that has suck ass pizza and no decent sandwich shops. Hate you all!

It's impossible to name a top 5 imo, too many good ones and too much variation within each type of sandwich. A great Italian sub from Bari or a meh Italian sub from some other place? There are great sandwiches of every variety.

One that hasn't been mentioned that I love is a chicken livers poor boy, deep fried til very crispy, dressed with ccrunchy vinegar slaw and mayo.

Yeah the crispy, vinegary slaw offsets the richness of the livers. I put some cajun seasoning on the livers right out of the fryer and maybe make a remoulade with hot sauce and mayo base.
