I know for a fact the prosecutor didn’t even know these existed until today, heard them for the first time today. I’d expect it gets opened back up and we see pretty quick charges of at least Obstruction for both Hill and fiancée. They essentially admit in the audio to lying to investigators and CPS.

That kid sure as shit ain’t coming out of state custody and back into the home.

Shitty situation all around but why would the woman not disclose those tapes and then after the DA announcement go right to the media with the evidence? Money, of course.

Yes, absolutely. The prosecutor was clear yesterday that the case remains open and has a 5-year statute of limitations pending additional information and evidence. I’d expect some action here from the District Attorney’s Office.

Seems to me someone is covering for him, but that may be all for naught.
