Yeah, and I think that could be an option, but Braun came up through the minor leagues after major league baseball got strict about testing in the minor leagues, so you know he was tested a shit ton as well back when he was in the minors. I guess it's possible that he's been using something that's really hard to detect but I think he would have gotten tested numerous times in situations he didn't expect and he still passed.
The other option that I think might have happened is if he was taking PED's to maybe help health wise and keep him healthier? But I just don't see an incentive for him to use steroids. Money isn't an issue considering he signed a 5 yr, 100+ M extension just last season and he's signed through 2020 for about 130 M over that time span. He already opened up numerous restaurants and teamed together with Aaron Rodgers as well. Incentive to cheat? Well, he was already one of the greatest players in the bigs before last season. I just think he's smart enough to know that he doesn't need roids to play.
