And his comments about what he makes and will have in his bank account doesnt mind me. They constantly ask are you gona get fired. And hold these guys hostage. Well fuck it he'll still get paid

There needs to be a clause in coaches' and managers' contracts. If they get fired, they forfeit any money owed to them.
