The Packers need to find a Defensive stud coach and then just let Rodgers do his thing. Like Peyton/Kubiak in Denver. I hope the hire McDaniels though, sounds like a trainwreck

Two massive egos colliding and wanting what they want. I think there will be a honeymoon phase for like 3 weeks and then one bad game and shit will hit the fan. I'm all for it.

Please make it happen. GB would become the Jerry Springer show of the NFL.

That has been the topic of discussion on NFL network today.
why would somebody go that route ?
Guy thinks HE, not Brady, is the reason for the Patriots’ success.

McD likely to remain heir apparent in NE from what it seems after his Indy flippity flop.

We'll see if McD is patient enough to turn down other HC jobs until the sith Lord Bilicheat decides he's had enough.

but yes, McD in GB would be a trainwreck til him or AR leaves. McD's attitude won't jive well with Cheese Nation either...just my opinion.

I think McDaniels has learned a lot of lessons from his time in Denver and would be a bit more diplomatic now than he was then. I'm actually a fan of him going forward if he lands the right job.

The problem is 12. Who at this point in his career is downright toxic on and off the field. McDaniels may be softer and tamer now than he was ten years ago but he still wont settle to be 12's lapdog. And 12 wants nobody who can take even the slightest credit away from him should the Packers win. 12 would rather lose than see someone else get credit for the Packers winning. Why do you think he suddenly started demanding a new contract right when it was becoming clear the best football player in the world was available for trade and the Packers were interested? He doesn't want to share success with anyone.

That wont sit with McDaniels and I suspect he'll walk out of this interview unwilling to even take the Packers job. He turned down a much better gig in Indianapolis last year, why would he take this one?
