not sure what that meant other than t let the rest of us posters know we're inferior.
I think he'd swallow that pill but it would be contract dependant. Even Robbie credited his release with giving him the motivation to get his shit back together. He missed a lot the year before and then in the preseason before his release. He could have signed elsewhere almost right away but waited until week 5 to allow enough time to figure out what was wrong and fix it. That wasn't going to happen without the time and he decided he wasn't coming back until he tweaked his form and felt fixed. It's not unlikely that Gould would have had another disappointing season with the Bear that year if retained. Can't find an article with the particulars because every search is dominated by the holdout with the same entities in the search. Did find these.GMs have egos too. Does anyone think Pace will go out of his way to bring him back? It's like admitting the release was a mistake.
Get out of my head!!!!Good GMs don't get to be good by never admitting mistakes. You can substitute any job with that disclaimer.
I think if the Bears realistically and reasonably could get Gould back they would.
JUNE FOURTEENTH AND STILL DONT SEE GOULD ON THE BEARS ROSTER PAGE ON NFL.COM
When is Pace bringing Robbie in for contract talks????
