Carcillo & Nordstrom in... awful, shitty Morin out. Thank God.

Wish Q would grow a sack and bench Kane. He shouldn't be invincible because of his contract. Plain and simple he's playing lazy and shouldn't be exempt from a benching.

Knew the Hawks shouldn't have paid an egomaniac like that as much as they did.

It was from the Blackhawks' official Twitter page after the media talked to Q.

The plot thickens....

I would hate to have been in the locker room after the last game, maybe it puts a flame under someone's ass tonight.

So any news on the 4 lines (before Q starts changing them 9 minutes into the game)?

Man that second line is amazing. For Dallas to play against, that is. 5-2 loss. The Richards line is on the ice for 4 goals in the first two periods before being broken up.

I need to trash lines and make negative predictions more often. Richards and Kane had good chemistry. Versteeg was his usual stupid self out there, but benefited greatly from Richards and Kane having great games. Seems they were constantly finding each other. Great third period after a horrible 40 minutes.

Richards seemed to be the catalyst for everything offensively tonight. Great to see. Who would think you play the guy you signed to be the 2C, as the 2C...and it works?!

Does that mean they won't make the playoffs and the season really is over?

Bad break TVR getting hurt. Pun intended. Sounds like a broken bone from reports. Defenseman will be recalled.

Seabs needed to go arms first and try and absorb the hit with them, instead of his back.

At first I didn't think it was a big deal, especially with how far he slid and I was thinking he wasn't skating that fast and he really wasn't trying to stop so I thought meh, he knows it's going to happen and just riding it out and taking the thump... but then when I saw the replay from the other angle and watched how his back hit I was like fuck, he's done. The shift he came back out on you could see he was still slow, but I was just happy he was back.

Been out of town and busy as hell, last night the Stars did not look anything like a playoff team.

Having Benn take a night off really seems to kille that team, if they could get a legit top pair D Man in addition to what they have they could make a run in the playoffs
