But seriously, I think he's a 3 at his peak and will look like a 2 for stretches and look like garbage for stretches. I will track Samardzija in this thread.

I think he would've been an above avg. WR....
I think his peak is a 2, but will spend most of his career as a solid #3 guy. I think he'll make an all-star team at some point, but don't think he'll be a regular there.

If he wins 13-15 games a year with an ERA under 4 and not have his arm explode, I'll be more than content with that.
