A 2:25-4:28 half marathon seems likely. Track workout last night of mile repeats with 900m jog in between. 9:47, 2:32, 15:24, 1:50.

Why don't you do it anymore?
I initially stopped because of some health issues. I wasn't at all physically active for about 3 years after that... I went from easily running 20 miles to struggling to run for 20 seconds Haha. When I started to workout again, my main goals were to put on weight and gain more muscle mass.

It's hard for me to gain weight, and running made it even harder. Even playing basketball a lot will make me drop a few pounds. I know I could eat more, but I spend enough on food as is Haha.

I wanna get back to it one day though.

About 8 weeks from race day. Down to 180lbs from my power phase weight of around 185-190 as I increase the running workload/volume. Should be down to around 172 by race day. A 1:25-1:28 half marathon seems likely.

Track workout last night of mile repeats with 400m jog in between. 6:47, 6:32, 6:24, 5:50.

Feeling strong. Rest of week is progressive/negative split runs and a long recovery run of 12 miles on Sunday.
My man First Timer still a cardio king
