Changing pass interference is a bad idea! Defenses would simply maul people on long passes.

Just my two cents. But changing pass interference to 15 or even 20 yards is stupid.

Well the idea is to minimize the impact that any penalty has on a game outcome, but if you are intentionally fouling someone I wouldn't have anything against an initial warning and then toss them out.

Players don't want to get ejected, so put it on the table for intentionally fouling receivers down the field. Hell that should be for any intentional foul anyway, dirty players are bad for the game.
