What is going to matter, is the campaign's worst secret: Rule 38 of the national bylaws, as well as the confirmed interpretation of the rules by the RNC lawyers and parliamentarians themselves. Basically in short, no delegates can be bound to a candidate, regardless of state rules.

I didn't know you were into MTG. I played a little in the early 90s, but I bought like 500 cards, and they are all mint LMAO! I spent maybe a year working on decks, but only played for two weeks. Every once in a while, I'll check out the scene.
