For that LB to be so good, they sure took a lot of heat for drafting him there. Heard a lot of “underwhelming” tossed around after the draft.

I sometimes wonder about that as our front seven play well. When teams go to a hurry up and quicker release to avoid the rush I get nervous.

I agree for the most part...

When teams go hurry up it’s because they’re exploiting the personnel package the defense has on the field or they think they can schematically exploit something the defense is going. Either way, the offense feels it has some type of advantage and it probably does.

Theyre shutting down the best offense in history. I think they have a great defense, as good as the Bears.

No. We have probably an equal front 7 but like I said our secondary is better.

Best way to beat the Saints is to keep their offense on the sideline. Easier said than done, but the Cowboys are doing a good job of it this half.

We'll need to fix our running game asap

As good as Eddie Jackson is, and how good he makes everyone in the secondary. I still have to see the Bears shutdown a good offense, as the Cowboys have done today, so far.

Best way to pour water into a glass, is to pour it directly over the opening

It does seem like Nagy has zero clue how to use Howard. Think he is traded next season?

Howard hasn't been himself And it's pretty clear. His burst isn't there and he's often going down on first contact.

Add to that the inside zone blocking hasn't been very good.

Bears have shutdown a lot of offenses through one half of play.

It's not the use of Howard. It's Howard is a one-trick pony perfect for an era that is long, long gone. North-South runner that can't consistently get around the corner and isn't dangerous in the passing game(although a great pass blocker). To make it worse, the offensive line is awful at run blocking
