Exactly. The fear is that they hire Arians or someone who wont cower and let 12 do whatever 12 wants to do. I'm not too worried about that happening considering they will never hire anyone without 12's blessing.

The Pack is going to need a lot more than a head coach. They need talent. The Bears took some chances drafting Trubisky, Floyd, signing Robinson, Gabriel, and of course signing Mack. The Pack is going to need to make some bold moves in the offseason in addition to a new HC.

The Bears drafted a pair of all-pro level talents at safety and <whatever the fuck you call the position Tarik Cohen plays>, a franchise QB, a pro bowl MLB, a solid #3 WR and two above average starters at guard and defensive end all in a two year span. Fuck free agency, you put together drafts like that and everything in this league is easy mode.

Big risk signing Burton as your #1 TE and drafting Shaheen as well. Burton was a #3 on Eagles, and we all know the Shaheen story.
