Huh, I would have guessed that Jacksonville would be gotta next home.

Flacco isn't horrible but he is fairly overrated. It's rare that he will be the reason you're winning, but I don't see why a team that has everything else going well can't succeed with him.

Except that would totally never happen between division rivals.
LoL

I did not even think of that. It has been so long that I have even considered the Raiders an NFL team at all, I suppose.

Flacco might be on of the most over paid players in the NFL.

Can you imagine having to get yourself psyched up to watch a season of Joe Flacco starting for your team?

The post Superbowl Broncos remind me a lot of the post Superbowl Bears before they added Peppers. Cant find a QB to save their souls with a declining defense.

In the mod forum planning your ban
Elway loves mediocre QB's. Just beg jay to come out of retirement already

Don't they still owe Keenum about $20 mill? That's a lot of cap to one position plus they're both questionable players to begin with.

I would argue current Flacco is as functional as Super Bowl Manning.

Goes to show you what elway thinks of his current "QB" situation.

Doesn't really matter- KC has a lock on that division, and Elway is probably looking for a mentor for the QB to be named later, no more no less.

If they cut Keenum the cap hit is $9 million

30 million will be there total cost at QB if Keenum is cut.

35 million if they pick one at 10.

Incredible.

If they cut Keenum they'll have 10 million in dead money while still saving 11 million. Not sure what Elway is thinking with Flacco who is also making big money next season. Including Keenum's dead money they still be one of the top paying teams at the QB spot.

Is he? Flacco is a better QB than Kase Ceenum. Elway just made the Denver Broncos a better football team.

TBH, I think this hurts the Ravens more than it helps the Broncos. Flacco wasn't great, but at least he was consistent. If I am Baltimore, I'm not feeling good about heading into 2019 with Lamar Jackson as my QB, RGIII as my backup, and Marty Mohrningweg as my OC. Maybe that would be a good situation for a Madden game, tho.

It is actually perfect for a Madden game. I picked Lamar and ran a QB Draw out of shotgun vs. a contain LB.

Hit the 45 degree angle past the O-line and you can burn the LB 8 out of 10 times even with LB matching speed/acc/agility ratings.

Ravens clearly know what they are doing.

So whatever broncos traded safe to assume that’s what a foles trade would look like?

Both of them play like they rely on angels in the outfield type shit
