^ ^ Assuming sarcasm? but FYI - There's a max of 4 comp picks.

Funny to see the occasional backlash post like
"CCS is freaking out over comp picks"

* * Dudes, it's the off-season. Whatya expect? It's a new topic that hasn't been a relevant consideration for this team in a long looong time. We're all learning and piecing things together.

Comps shouldn't be factored in very heavily at all IMO, but are worth some thought. It's only mid-late draft capital at most.
A known FA commodity is worth far more...but also likely costs more with some exceptions like HHCD.

Ramble on CCS. Good stuff.

In case it hasn't been said yet....courtesy of OP title...

$16.75 will get you 2 hours of minimum wage work and $2.25 leftover for a lite snack at Wendy's.

Would have to sign a pretty washed up vet at that rate, but he might play half a game to chase that dream on last time.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Indiana Hoosiers
Pace has arguably been more successful in the mid rounds than in free agency. I say use let every free agent walk and stock up the picks every year.

NOT a good idea.
