My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  2. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Fire
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Chicago State Cougars
  2. DePaul Blue Demons
  3. Illinois-Chicago Flames
  4. Loyola Ramblers
  5. Northern Illinois Huskies
  6. Northwestern Wildcats
The Cubs have looked GREAT lately, and that is still without Lee (hopefully yesterday jmeans he's back), Ramirez, Soto, or even Byrd hitting (Byrd did get 2 or 3 hits yesterday though).

Blackhawks:
Haven't won Stanley Cup since 1961
-Longest drought in NHL

Cubs:
Haven't won World Series since 1908, haven't even been to it since 1945
-Longest drought in Pro Sports

Wouldn't it be awesome if the Hawks won the 2010 Stanley Cup, and in the SAM YEAR the Cubs in the World Series.

The Hawks have really good chances of fulfilling their role, and the Cubs, we'll have to wait until July 31st to figure that one out.

haha... it would be amazing.

But I'm not holding my breath. I'll settle for a 'Hawks Cup THIS year and worry about the Cubs later.

I'm coutning on the Hawks, and just hoping for the Cubs. But if they can sweep last year's wild card team, split with 1st place Philly, take 2 of 3 from first place Texas, and then take at least Game 1 from 2nd place Los Angeles, they very well may be a playoff team. Let's just see how they do against the Cards.

Since the Hawks are right there I would say them. I'm not to worried about the Cubs right now. I would like to see the Hawks win something though. Their fans deserve it.

Gotta feel bad for the people who HAVE been holding their breath. It's been awhile, but let's start with Lord Stanley's cup and see what happens there. Maybe then, Chicago can start pumping up the dual Chicago Championship angle. I go to school in Wisconsin so there would be nothing more vindicating.

Cubs have been kicking ass lately though, only reason I mentioned them, and them having a long drought, and me being a fan of them.
