The new game mode "Infected" was super fun at first, but now with throwing knives on every map and camping spots blocked off it sucks
been getting back into COD. drop zone has lured me back in.
Been playing Infected quite a bit. Fun mode, it just sucks when everybody votes for Dome with Striker V Juggernaut.
Haven't played MW3 in a while...what is Infected mode?

Its a new mode on the community playlist. Everyone (18 max players) starts out on the same team, same weapons, same everything. Then after a few seconds one of the players becomes "infected" and has to kill someone. Once they kill someone, that person also becomes infected, but now they can only use the tactical knife and throwing knife (unless the mode is Striker v Juggernaut). Their goal is to kill everyone, while all the people not infected still can use what every weapon they're assigned at the beginning. It gets insane once the sides even up 9 to 9. Then the infected people move around in mobs and overwhelm all the individual players. But the strategy for the non-infected players is to group up in a confined space and pick off any infected members that come near you. It's pretty fun. And the matches don't last too long either.
Some bastards just find a patch of weeds and hide the whole time. It's like a big game of hide and go seek and tag, but once you're tagged, you and the person that tagged you are still it until everybody is tagged.

it was frustrating but fun as hell before when you could hide on buildings and shit so people couldnt stab you

There are a few things that piss me off.
1) basic type 95 Campers
2) campers who do not go to objective, but stay around it
3) the quick scoping and one shot kills from douchebags not even playing the objective
4) campers in Search and destroy
They think because their kdr is good that they are good at the game when camping involves zero skill.
I was over at a friend's today watching him play. I'm extremely glad I sold this. So much BS in this game. I'll stick with Black Ops.

god dammit! some players like their KD stat, im one who likes avg game score. So yesterday I play 1 fucking game of demolition and get 600 and boom!!!!! 1000 points off my avg score. I went into elite and the game was 10 mins long....i guess it is avg based on specific time in the game?
Gave up on this game about 2 months ago and went back to Mw2 and NBA 2K12. Too many tryhards.

Camping is something that your gonna get regardless, there was no excuse for them to leave quick scoping in though, it's the most retarded thing I've seen in COD....and that's saying something.
