champions league! do it!

Bayern will be difficult if Ribery could fucking stay on the pitch longer than 10 mins without getting injured

their new keeper, Neuer, might be the best young goaltender in europe...he is legit...basically carried Schalke last year in the champions league

Will do.

Convenient that International games don't overlap American sports games methinks.

I'm a bit of a n00b, from a non-biased perspective, how does Chelsea look this season?

They look ok, they have pretty much the same lineup from last year except a new 18 year old defender )think he is serbian)

but they wont be at top level for awhile yet...Essien was injured in preseason

sneijder transfer NEEDS to happen more than ever...

a cleverley/anderson midfield isnt experienced yet

Fabio looks pretty good on D right now, but we were also playing West Brom. lmao

Chicharito should take his time.. rooney, berbatov, welbeck and owen can do the scoring

LAGOS, Nigeria -- A management firm representing Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel says kidnappers have been in touch with his family over the abduction of his father and have made a "sizable" ransom demand.

London-based Sport Entertainment & Media Group issued a statement Thursday morning saying negotiations have begun for the release of Michael Obi. The group says it will not discuss details of the ransom requested.

The group says Mikel plans to play for Chelsea on Saturday against West Bromwich Albion.

Michael Obi was kidnapped on Aug. 12 while on his way home from work in the central Nigerian city of Jos.

Kidnappings for ransom regularly occur in Nigeria, though typically in its east and oil-rich southern delta.

:(

Hate when this shit happens... remember when it happened to Hendry Blanco in the 2008-09 off-season.
