Chicago Bulls-vs-Cleveland Cavaliers

Use this thread to discuss the series. I am hoping that we can push this to 7 or at least give the Cavs a run for their money.

It's going to be a sweep. People forget how good LeBron was in the playoffs last year. He might have had the greatest individual post-season of all-time. If he reaches that level again, the Cavs won't lose until at least the conference finals.

Definitely true, his caliber of play was on point. I am just holding onto the fact that the Bulls took Boston to 7 games last year (I know....they didn't have Garnett but still).

I just want an entertaining series. The James-vs-Noah thing kind of adds into it.

Won't even be close. If the cavs have Shaq I dunno if the bulls can stick with em. I'm hoping for a good fight, though

Bulls are playing sloppy in the first...26-14...if we want to stay in this series we're gonna have to answer back soon.

Yep
Turnovers and bad defense are killing them

I hate complaining about the refs, but some of these calls are ridiculous

I was at an Ohio State/Cleveland bar watching the game, all the Cavs fans there are huge douchebags, thinking LeBron is better than Jordan. What a bunch of morons. LeBron does not respect the game and he does not take it seriously like Kobe or Jordan. If he did, he'd already have a ring or 2

I think the Bulls can hang with the Cav's, but they need to execute early on. We were up something like 8-5 in the 1st, and we missed four straight shots, while Cleveland missed two or three. If we make 2 of those shots (2 3's by Rose), we are up 14-5 and causes pressure on Cleveland.

Getting a big jump on them tonight is going to be huge, more importantly even having the game within 5 points in the fourth is going to be huge.

If we can take game two, I think it will be even at 2-2 when we go to Cleveland for game 5.

We really, really need Deng and Hinrich to come to play tonight and the rest of the series. We can't rely on Rose and Noah to carry the load all the time. If those two can step up and hit some shots we have a legit shot at taking Cleveland, but that's a big if. Deng and Hinrich are the X-Factors in this series.

I'd also like to see Warrick play more.

Respecting the game means you can win titles?

That's odd. I always thought ability to score more points than your opponent played a pretty large factor in that.

Or, playing against a team that had long tall wing players named Pietrus, Lewis, Turkoglu that your Cavaliers team has absolutely no ability to guard.
